Welcome to the Fort Wayne Chapter of CMSA
The Case Management Society of America (CMSA) is a nationally recognized innovative 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization which serves as the largest collaborative case management professional association in the United States. We embrace care management professionals from a variety of disciplines, practice settings, skill levels, and professional capacities, including: case managers, care managers, nurses, social workers, rehab specialists, physicians, health coaches, pharmacists, students in case managements programs, corporations and other partners that support the case management industry.
CMSA’s Mission
Join CMSA in their mission to positively impact and improve patient wellbeing and patient healthcare outcomes: by informing consumers about the services case and care managers provide; by educating physicians and other providers about improved patient outcomes through the services case and care managers provide; by educating payors and regulators about improved patient outcomes that case and care management services can provide.
Case/care managers believe patients need and advocate… someone who helps each client understand their situation, what they need to do about it and why that treatment is important. In this way, case and care managers serve as catalysts. By participating in the equation, case and care managers enable their client to achieve goals more effectively and efficiently.
The Fort Wayne Chapter of CMSA is dedicated to furthering the education of our local members and other healthcare providers. We offer educational and networking events throughout the year.
